Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Unethical business practices
mileagepluswireless dot com has accepted a services order offered thru a promotional scheme thru their website. After AT&T has run a credit check on my SSN; went fine. They have come back to me with demand for more money for the same services offered thru their promotion. When I have denied to pay anything extra they have unconditionally canceled my order. This is a breach of their commitments offered thru web and running unethical business practices. I have step by step documentation on the offer, proof of their promotion and denial after repeated explanation to their customer service chain.
I feel deprived and dejected as a consumer. What can I do?

Re: Unethical business practices
I would write to consumerist.com AND post to the United Airlines Mileage Plus forum on flyertalk.com .
