Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Unreasonable delay in car shipment
Hello,
I've arranged a shipment of my car from CA to NJ.
According to the contract, they are doing ''best effort''
to move it to NJ in 10-14 days. They didn't do it yet - after 4 weeks - because of their poor management. This period I can't use my car and I have to pay for rental car and every day to spend some hours to hear their lies and stories. How I get my car from them and how I can get a compensation?
