vehicle purchase under false pretense by dealer
dealer sold vehicle with missing cd player which is standard equipment on vehicle, cut wires have been discovered about a year after purchase. dealer sold vehicle for price of fully equipped vehicle. we feel that dealer fraudulantly cut wires and removed cd prior to sale.

So what? You knew the car you were buying did not have a CD player.
