Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Waste Management Service Agreement
Waste Management broke a 36 month service agreement by raising rate. Do I have any recourse? They have a monopoly in my area.

Re: Waste Management Service Agreement
Yes you have legal recourse. The fact that they are a monopoly sanctioned by the government usually restricts them from choosing customers and denying service. If they breached a contract, just be careful on how you approach the situation. If the damages are substantial enough, you may want to seek the aid of an attorney to assist you on your approach.
