Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

webhosting refund

I have had a lot of trouble with IPower so when they lost my money order; I informed them I was changing webhosts. After I changed webhosts they found my lost money order, which they had already cashed a week or two BEFORE they shut my site down for three weeks. I have repeatedly requested my $60.00 for three months payment (which I don't need because my site is with Hostmonster now) to be refunded; but IPower is not cooperating as yet. Is there an attorney who will help?

Re: webhosting refund

You want to retain an attorney over a $60 fight? You probably know that most attorneys charge at least $100 per hour, if not more. If you really want to fight over the $60, you should file in small claims court.

Yes, but a $60 legal dispute may not be justified by retaining even the most affordable attorney here. However, if you want such prompt, effective assistance, our Law Firm can try work with your budget and offer you a flat fee rate.
