Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Wedding Photographer Doesn't Deliver
Our wedding photographer has never given us the pictures and video we payed for, and signed a contract with her for. We are almost postive our statute of limitaions has exceeded. Our wedding was 7 years ago. We have tried to contact her for years, she won't return our calls. We still have our contract, is it void? Is there anything we can do?

At this point, legally nothing. However, I would try to follow her to her next photo shot. There I would distribute flyers telling everyone about this. This will get her to move.
Re: Wedding Photographer Doesn't Deliver
Legally, nothing. Time has certainly run on breach of contract and any other action you may wish to bring. An action for fraud is 3 years from date learn of fraud. Apparently, however, you knew since marriage she did not deliver.
