Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
This week I opened a can of condensed cream of chicken soup (Albertson's brand) and warmed it up in a pot. as I was eating it I noticed something long with a point on it that was a dark color. I discovered it was the entire toe and claw of an animal. do I have a legal ground? It was the most disgusting thing I ever saw I took a picture of it and saved the claw and can. the mfr which is bay valley foods wants me to send it to them but I wnated to get legal advice first.

They will attempt to say that you put the claw in the soup. Difficult cases.
