Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Wife use husband's name
Can a wife legally use tickets (airline tickets) with her husband's name on them. Is Ms. Jon Doe a legally valid name for the wife of Mr. Jon Doe? If so, would any supporting documentation be required (mariage certificate)?

It is not illegal to do that but as to whether the airline will allow her to do that is anothewr question.
