Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Greetings~ would like to know if this is worth suing over - not for any millions - simply for 'breach of contract/stress/suffering.... Saturday at 2:25 am i called AAA, car's transmission went out, told them i was on an extremly dark road in a canyon area and need tow service immediately, I am very much afraid. I was advised the tow truck would be there at 5:45 am!!!! according to their agreement/website service would be an average of 25 minutes in a metropolitan area. Operator wrote I was in a tunnel. Very much wrong! Call was ONLY elevated to 'rush' status. After speaking with a representative today, Monday, I now understand there are two additional levels above rush. Please advise and thank you, kindly-gena

You will need to get AAA's policy to study if you are entitled to get top level service. Since you had no additional damages, you would not likely get any worthwhile compensation for waiting an additional two hours.
