I recently purchased a new motorcycle from an internet dealership in Los Angeles. I had submitted an e-mail to the sales manager requesting a price quote. The manager e-mailed me a quote informing me that he had instructed his sales staff to sell us the bike at $9,950 ''out the door.'' This e-mail was received within a short time after a salesman sold us the bike at $9,999 plus tax. license and add ons. The e-mail is worded as follows: ''Our current price on the bike is 9,950 out the door.'' Does this constitute a binding written offer?
