Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I was under 18

I have about 3 credit companies that are on my credit report and a utility bill. They are all outstanding. My question is, I was under 18 when all of this was acquired and only over 18 for 1 year with the utility bill. Am I still liable for the balances when I was under 18 years old?

I realize that I am liable for about half of the utility bill since I was 18 years old so no need for that.

I just need to know about the rest and if I'm not what I do to get rid of them on my credit report.
