$6500 garnished wages,never made a payment

upaid student loan in defult ernings witholding order issued 1997-2002 money was witheld,but never paid to creditor.amont garnished is over loan amount.what do i do next

Do you mean that the collection agency has stollen money from you and not paid the creditor.
