Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

25k judgement in my favor

I have a judgment in my favor for $25.000.00. It is a judgment from the CA Labor Commissioner for owed wages. The company filed BK (family owned business) however they were INC. for the last half of my employment. They filed BK only owing 2 debts, mine and a supplier. They are still doing business in the same building with the same phone and still claim family business for 25yrs (I have proof). The family..........Dad was CEO, 1 brother was treasurer and 1 brother was VP and I believe Mom was VP, all own homes in the bay area very near each other. Just before the hearing......Dad passed away from cancer. Mom is now suing insurance co for claim. I took this to the CSLB and was told due to fund cutting they could not open investigation for fraud. What can I do? They are doing business as usual, I know because my husband is in the same business and we have seen them at all the home shows...............in booths. Can anyone please help me...........some part of 25k is better then NO part of 25k so I sure don't mind sharing.I have all correspondence docs.

When were you awarded the judgment? You may still have a chance to collect. Please contact me with a phone number or email address where I can reach you.
