$6000 personal loan unpaid with signed contract

could u help me? i loaned someone 6000.00 dollars and had them sign a contract to pay in 30 days, they didnt, and keep blowing me off. this is putting a negitive affect on my living sitution. thank you,--name removed--Zellin
