Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I am 50 year old man I am disabeled . I have two paid off cars worth total of about 23000 dollars and no other assets. If a credit card company wins a judgement against me can they take my cars.

Yes the judgment creditor can levy on the title of the vehicles of a judgment debtor. They can serve post judgment discovery on you and even subpoena you for a judgment debtor examination in which the judgement creditor's lawyers will have an opportunity to question you to find out what property you do own and that can be levied upon.

Generally, the term "levy" includes the power of distraint and seizure by any means.
