Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
Over 1 1/2 years, I was terminated from my Sales Rep. position. Now, I received a collection notice from a local attorney stating that my former employer is now seeking payment for what they consider unearned discounts that were given to customers during several 'Sales Blitz'. I have made it clear to them that the discounts given were part of a normal course of business for a Sales Rep. and were approved by my upper Sales Management at that time. What are my options? Do I have any legal recourse?

Tell them to go pound sand. I will be happy to write them a go-pound-sand letter on my letterhead for a nominal fee.
