Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I can not afford to pay $700 to answer a written interrogatory,request for admissions,and production of documents. Would an attorney or paralegal be willing to charge me for a half hour or one hour for guidance and give me the appropiate forms?

Why would you pay $700 to answer these? If you are in pro per (representing yourself), there is no charge to answer these. You just need to prepare the answers and send them to the other attorney.
