Answer-Contracts
I am in the process of completing and Answer-Contract (Calif) in response to a Collection Summons. Are there any other forms that need to accopany this form? Is the ''Answer'' mailed or served to the Plaintiff?

Re: Answer-Contracts
You need a proof of service that a friend or process server should fill out and sign. Attach it to the complaint and have the friend mail it to the other party. Also, file the entire document with the court and keep a copy that the court stamps.
