Is it possible to appeal a Judgment of a small claims appeal to superior court when the decision is not within the law or or is the decision final even so?

The defendant has a right to appeal any adverse judgment to the superior court. The plaintiff has the right to appeal any judgment on a cross-claim. All claims of all parties will be heard on any appeal.
