arbitration award

i received an arbitration award and i want to file bankruptcy cause i cannot be able to pay because they put so much interest impossible for me to pay it.. what can i do so i will not be scared of going to jail..

Debtor's prison has been abolished. So, you won't go to jail for merely owing someone else money.

It is an unpleasant experience, though, to have wages or bank accounts levied. Feel free to contact me to discuss your options. Although I'm in San Francisco, I also do bankruptcies in Southern CA.
