Is an Arbitration Clause enforceable in a Promisory Note is New York State?

Are there specific provisions? Can the Arbitration be held in another state such as California if it's jurisdiction is in another state ? What are the rules for a security interest in a film or TV Show ?

How do you expect any lawyer to advise you based on unseen documents? Parties to a contract can agree to arbitration in any jurisdiction (provided the clause is not "unconscionable"). If the contract says arbitrate in Mongolia, and someone actually signed it, sure, you might be on the next plane to Mongolia. A security interest in a creative work of authorship such as an audiovisual work can in some cases be filed with the U.S. Copyright Office.
