Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I authorized a payment of $200 to a collection agency on 5/27. Today 7/7 they took another $200 out of my account and said it was "per my authorization". I never authorized any payment but the initial $200. I've contacted my bank and filed a claim. I called the agency and got screamed at. What should I do? I know I only authorized one $200 payment.

Never give out your bank account info to collection agencies. Now you'll have to close the account.
