Authorized User

I was an authorized user on my deceased dad's credit card and the collection agency is sueing me for his debt as they say I was an authorized user. Am I liable for his contract agreement?

If you were only an authorized user and not obligated on the account, the answer usually would be "no." However, if you're the administrator of his estate, to the extent his estate has assets, they would be liable for the debt.
