Automated Billing

It has just been brought to my attention that an Internet Service Provider has continued to bill a credit card that I provided them even after the expiration date of the card which was Dec 2004. I did not receive a request to update the automated billing information... are these charges legal?

I'm sure what you mean by asking if the charges are "legal". If you used the services of the ISP, you should pay the charges.
