Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Automobile Purchase Agreement and Contract

Purchased a car from a dealer based on my personal bad credit, low income, short tie on my job. Traded in my old car, plus $300.00 dollars. Signed contract, left with car. 21 days later too car in for routine scheduled service, dealer tells me I can not have my car, now I need a co-signer. Is there still a clause in the standard sales contract that says "If can not obtain financing within 10 days, dealer must carry note" and if so, can I get my car back?

Re: Automobile Purchase

There is no such thing as a standard sales contract. You need to read yours.
