Bad creditor
i have a judgement against me for $600 for a bill that was $270 i stated to make payments and was then told that i owed $800. when i attempeted to settel they never responded. I sent 2 cert let and 5 phone calls, now they are sueing me for another $200. what can I do. I am a student and don't have the $

You have a few options, but I am a bit confused. Either they have a judgment against you or they are currently suing you. It can't be both ways.
If they have a judgment, call them and offer them something on it. They would rather have something than nothing.
If they are suing you, you should consult with an attorney about any defenses you may have.
