bail and restraining orders

I bailed out someone that violently abused me and have a restraining order against currently, and at the time the bail was posted, can I be sued for the unpaid bail?

I don't know whether you can be sued for the unpaid bail -- I suppose it depends on what it says in your bail bond agreement -- but you should be.
