''bank lev�''

Can a my bank account be levied on an old debt six years. Debt did not show up on trw. Bank levied account without notification to me.

Yes. Presumably the levy was based on a judgment, which could have been obtained on a lawsuit filed within the statute of limitations. The bank is not under an obligation to notify you before levying on your account, but you should have been mailed a copy of the notice of levy. You may be able to have the underlying judgment set aside. Confer with an attorney about the problem.
