Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Bank Levy ccp 720.110-720.800

Third party personal property and bank account is currently under imminent threat of (erroneous) seizure and levy. Levying officer, County Sheriff, requested a third party claim form pursuant to CCP 720.110-720.800 to obtain release of said property. Cannot find the correct form anywhere. Any ideas where to look and download (or pay for it.) Thank you.

There is no premade form to follow. It must be done on pleading paper. If you go to the local law library, you can see a sample in a publication called "Enforcing Judgments and Debts" pubished by The Rutter Group. Ask the law librarian where to find it. It has a good example that you can follow.
