Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
can a bank with your mortgage loan go after your house if you default on a credit card from same bank if your credit card is unsecured? Or if you go into a debt reduction program with that credit card?

I don't know. If I were you I would get your copy of the mortgage and credit card contracts and read them carefully.
