Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

A bank is suing me. I asked court for Court Fee waiver. Judge denied it telling me I could pay on credit card!!

What will happen if I do not pay the court fees, I have barely enough cash flow for minimum expenses and food. Paying my mortgage on credit card for now.

A default will be entered in against you, bank will then have to prove to judge how much you owe and you are not allowed to contest it. Then there will be a judgment against you in that amount.

Put the filing fee on your credit card, file bankruptcy, or let the court reject your filing, enter a judgment against you, and then let the bank take your money to pay the judgment.

If you do not pay the filing fee then your answer will be ordered to be unfiled (struck) and the bank suing you can obtain a default judgment against you.
