Bankrupcy

Is there any way to make a deal once a judgement has been filed against you in court? Can you file bankrupcy once a judgement has been made?

Re: Bankrupcy

Yes you can make a deal after a judgment has been made, you do need to get a modification of the judgment once a deal has been struck and have it filed with the court. Bankruptcy is always an option but not one to be considered lightly.

Thank you for your question-Martin
