If filed in the Central District, the BK court has a repository in Laguna Honda. The court also has microfiches of old files. You might have to physically go to the court clerk's office and order up your old file. Some basic index information -- i.e. the case number and debtor's name -- might be online, depending on what you need to know. The petition probably is not imaged, though.
