being billed by isp, via visa card. both were canceled earlier with $0 amount ow

i canceled my First Card in Oct/2000, AOL Disc'd my service because ''no credit card'' to bill. Everyone was paid. I now am getting billed by First Card for an Aol sevices. Aol say's I'm being billed because the grandaughter who was a guest on my account (which was disc'd) signed onto her fathers AOL service as a guest, with the same (perfectangel621) sign on name. $44.00 for 90 minutes. All this started in december 2000.
