Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Bob Cat

I own a ''bobcat'' construction equipment, and my aunt's husband uses it. I am making payments on the equipment. He has not been giving me any money to pay for the equipment for a few months, and refusing to give me the equipment back. I cannot contact him, and he move from his previous residence. What can I do legally to get my equipment back?

Re: Bob Cat

Legally you may sue him for breach of contract and conversion but you will have to find him or at least locate the equipment to be able to get it back. Call me directly at 16192223504 a skip trace may find him.
