I bounced a 120000 check and is beening sue

He invest $110,000 with my own other money I exchange my 3 check 1st. $12,000. cashed 2nd. $12,000. cashed 3rd $120,000. bounced after I deposit $14,000. and $4000. I lost all the investment along with his. I told him in the start I can pay him 10% every 3 month. and he can get his principal back after 7th month. But we did not put any written contract, just exchange check with them postdated 3 month apart. But he is sueing me with my last $120,000. bounce check. I don't have any more money to pay for any attorneys help I have 3 kid to take care. I fix car for living now. My wife is being sue also because she is on the checking account with me. We only have a 2bed condo. with 300,000. mortgage.

I need help to prepare Interrogatories 180 days Admissions Inspection Demand 180 days Depositions of defendants 210 days. Case # BDC363291
