I buy a car they check my credit, I sign the contract that happens 2 days ago, today they call me because they got another financial bank and they going to make a new contract and the payments going to be up is that legal?

No. Not legal. What you signed is legal. Let me know if I need more facts; however, they they can't "whimsically" chane a contract.
