If you are a co-obligor on the credit card, yes. If the debt is large enough you may need an adjustment of the division of the marital community in the judgment of dissolution. The divorce merely orders your ex to pay the debt. However, it does not affect any original liability you may have to the credit card. In other words, the court's judgement does not extinguish the contract with the credit card company. If you signed as an obligor for the credit card, you are still bound by the contract you signed. The court can hold your ex in contempt for failing to obey the court's order.
