I received a summons and I want to answer back. I know the form is a PLD-C-010 form. I confused is to how to fill this out. Can someone help me?

The summons form is misleading in that it implies that all you have to do to get your day in court is to fill out some form. It's more complicated than that, and if you were to fill out and file the form without the assistance of a trained lawyer, you might well mess up your case beyond repair.
