Ca suerior court - a jdgment of default by court clerk was entered and now an abstract of judgment is being issued. what is the next step and can i file an appeal of the clerk-default?

The case is over, and you lost. You had to respond to the lawsuit within 30 days. If you had a defense to the lawsuit, for example you did not owe money to the plaintiff, see an attorney immediately.

If you haven't already seen an attorney, do it NOW. You have lost the case. Undoing that MAY be possible but all the presumptions are against you. It may be too late already.
