Cal Grant overpayment---schools mistake

I was overpaid in March of 2005 on my Cal Grant, my school deposited it twice into my account. They did not notice this and notify me until about 3 months ago (over a yr after it happened). Am I required to pay this back?

If you did not unreasonably realize the mistake, it seems that the school should pay for their own mistake. However, the courts do not like unjust enrichment of a party. It may be worth it to challenge it. Call me directly at 16192223504.
