Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Calls from creditor after item deleted from CR

I disputed a medical collections item from 2 yrs. ago that showed on 2 of my credit reports. Both CRA's subsequently deleted them. The collection agency started phoning me on a daily basis (coincidentally) since the item was removed from my reports. Do I have any recourse? Thank you.

If the debt and breach of the agreement was 2 or 4 years, you may have a claim against them under the Fair Debt Collection Act. Please contact me if you have any more questions.
