Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
I got in car accident and i didn't have car insurance so i have to pay for the damages that were done to hte car but i never received an estimate of how much it going to be and now i'm in collection and they called me that i have to court because i didn't pay them but i told them i'm currently unemployed and that if they could give some time to pay them or pay monthly payments but they didn't want to give affordable payments for me so what should i do?
