This is a little bit confusing the way you've explained the facts, but apparently you are the one responsible for the loan on the car by signing or guaranteeing the loan (that's why your credit is affected), and these persons (who are they, your kids?) are just the registered owners. Well, unfortunately, there's no easy way to get out of a car loan unless you sell the car and pay off the bank. Or default on the loan, have it repossessed, but take an even bigger hit to your credit. If these persons can qualify for the terms of the loan and the bank agrees, then it could release you from the loan and make them the debtors on the loan, but that's up to the bank.
