Car repo/Can company take monies from bank ?

I signed a note for my childs truck .She wrecked it . I had the company repo it .She could not pay for the repairs or balance owed . Can the car company take the balance out of my bank account or cd,s ? If they do not get the balance from auction ?

No Collateral involved.

Her name was not on the contract .It was in my name only.

They can but only after they file a lawsuit and get a court judgment.
