car reposetion

If my car is reposesed what can the casr company do as far as attaching my checks, sue me etc.?

The lender could file suit against you for the deficiency -- i.e. the difference between what you owe and what the car sold for at auction. Once it gets a judgment, it then could levy your wages and bank account.
