My car was repossed, Pushed , humilited with neighbours, treatened with use of m

On 3/10/01 my car was repossesed,I was pushed/hurt by these man,humiliated with my neighbors by telling them why they were here,I was treaten with the use of their maze, I was seating in my car all of the time,I had to call the police, I had to let go the car by police advice, I was determined not to let them take my car since I am up to date with my payments,3 months ago I received a summons, no court hearing,nve heard from them again, yet I continued making my payments,yes I have been late before due to hardship,finance co. had not been willing to negociate with me in the past.Help advice me of my rights, wha to do.
