Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
I carry two family loan/mortgages and would like to report the "good" payment history to the three bureaus - how can I go about doing this?

You can't. The consumer doesn't report to the agencies. Also, if what you mean by "family loan/mortgages" that they are private loans from family members, the agencies will not accept their reporting either. Creditors and prospective creditors aren't interested in how you perform on family obligations, since you may be much more or less likely (depending on your family relations) to honor them than an arms-length transaction, and because family could be motivated to lie for you. Lastly, I'm not entirely certain, but I'm pretty much certain that you must be a subscribing creditor in order to report. That involves time and expense that is beyond what most individuals would ever consider putting up with.
