The note indicates to me that a judgment has not yet been entered in your case. It is possible that you have filed a request for entry of default, but that is not the same thing as a default judgment. This would mean that you have not taken the necessary steps to confirm the amount of damages you have suffered.

I suggest you retain a lawyer for an hour or so, so that he or she can review your file and explain what you need to do to obtain your judgment. It is not possible to advise you on this without reviewing your situation in detail.

Best of luck to you.
