Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Cash settlement offer for bad debts

I work for a Chiropractor who has several bad debts that I can not collect. I would like to know if we can offer a 25% reduction of the debt if the client pays in full within 30 days or is this only allowed by collection agencies.

You can offer the reduction. Make sure that the deadline of the offer is clear. If you do not get paid, we can help you collect these debts.

Please contact my office at 714 363 0220 to set up an appointment. I would like to review your written documentation including any letters, notices, and lawsuits. We handle cases throughout California. We can review your documentation by fax and speak with you by phone.

It's your right to collect the money, if you want to take less, that's up to you.

I successfully collect money for many types of businesses. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to talk about using my services. It might net you far more than 75%.
